Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you received your order. If 30 days have passed, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund. The date of receipt is determined by the tracking information showing when your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and free of any signs of wear
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not return your item to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us at support@hitscan.com, and we’ll provide specific instructions for returning or exchanging your product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred to send your order will be deducted from your refund. This applies to returns that are not due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. Original shipping and return shipping fees are also non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company; there might be a delay before your refund is posted
  • Reach out to your bank as processing times can vary

Warranty & Exchanges

All Hitscan LLC products come with a 1-year limited warranty.

To qualify for warranty service, your product must still be under warranty. The Hitscan LLC limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original retail purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by the user or external conditions. The duration of the warranty may vary by product and is non-transferable.

Keep your original sales receipt or invoice, as proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. Hitscan LLC dealers, service centers, or retail stores are not authorized to modify the terms of the warranty. The warranty provided with your purchase is your exclusive warranty.
