Warranty

Hitscan LLC (hereby referred to as Hitscan) warrants only to the original purchaser of this product, when purchased directly from Hitscan (www.hitscan.com), that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Hitscan reserves the right, before having any obligation under this warranty, to inspect the damaged product. The initial shipping costs for sending the product to the service center for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. To maintain the validity of this warranty, the product must not have been mishandled, misused, or altered in any way.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications. Please retain the dated sales receipt from Hitscan as proof of the original purchase. To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Hitscan to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be used within 15 days of issuance. Acceptable proof of original ownership (such as the original receipt) must be provided.

Hitscan, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective product covered under this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to purchases made through Hitscan. It does not apply to any product purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party vendors.

For products purchased through an authorized retailer, customers should contact the retailer directly to process any warranty claims.
